Infection Control Measures - Interior Services

As a responsible company we consider the well-being, and welfare, of our customers, their family members, the general public and our employees to be paramount. As such, our Health and Safety policy takes into consideration all aspects of potential infection control by looking to eradicate, as much as is possible, un-necessary agitation of any fabric or surface that may be a reservoir for virus and bacteria.

Visits to our clients, for any reason, will entail us observing and enforcing social distancing,with the wearing of adequate PPE to keep all involved as safe as possible, and disrupt any potential for the spread of infection.

Until there is confirmation from HM Government that a vaccine for Covid-19 is 100% effective, and readily available, we will be adapting some of our service methods in order to facilitate our infection control measures and ensure safe working practice and service provision.

Any interior work will involve us applying a disinfecting agent that has a efficiency rating of Log4, minimum, (this means that the product kills up to 99.99% of bacteria and virus it comes into contact with). We will discuss our operational methods with clients, prior to undertaking any work in order to ensure everyone is kept as safe as possible.

Infection Control Measures - Exterior Services

As with our interior service options we will undertake the same methods and protocols of infection control for the cleaning of property exteriors. In the main, this will involve the implementation and maintaining of social distance; we will, obviously, advise our clients of our attendance and the measures we will be implementing in order to safely cordon off any, and all, area to be worked upon.
